Judy, Dawn, Mary Jane, and I rode the shuttle to the Visitors' Center. We were just in time for the 20 minute movie. Then we looked around the center. I am standing in front of a poster of one of the California Condors. You can see how wide the wing-span is.

Then we went over to Books and More. After that we rode another shuttle to the South Kaibab Trailhead. When we got off the bus, there were Sylvia and Joe already up from the bottom of the canyon. Judy and Mary Jane went a little way down the trail to say they were on it. While we were waiting to get back on the shuttle, John, Margie and Denver made it to the top. We saw a bobcat come out of the woods while we were riding along.

We gals then rode to the Geology Museum, and then back to the Visitors' Center. While we were waiting in line to ride back the Marketplace Plaza, a bus driver was giving a couple of the passengers a hard time, and made them get off the bus. She left with two empty seats. As she pulled around the circle, the young man who was kicked off stopped in the middle of the road and bent down to retie his shoes, holding up the bus for a couple of minutes.
